Paris Fashion Week 2019

17.01.19

Paris Fashion Week 2019 is in full swing and the cold weather isn't stopping anyone from showing off their favourite street style outfits. Paris would have to be one of the most creative and expressive fashion weeks, and the street style never disappoints. If one thing is certain, clashing prints are an official 2019 trend. Whether it be clashing colours or all over printed pieces, expect the unexpected when it comes to colour combos this season.

Clashing Prints in 2019 are official

Anna Wintour braced the cold in a red printed midi dress and burgundy leather coat. Burgundy is also a huge colour trend that has hit the fashion scene in Summer 2019. Leaf Greener showed up in Miu Miu, working the clashing prints trend.  Pernille Teisbaek wore Balenciaga shoes with a Céline bag - creating un expected colour combos.

Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert showed that you can clash any print in 2019 with a tartan red skirt and leopard print stockings.

Pops of Colour at Paris Fashion Week 2019

Surprisingly, there were still pops of last year's huge trend: Neon. Adesuwa Aighewi in a Thom Browne coat with a pop of neon from beneath. Red also made a major appearance.

Louis Vuitton Sneakers were everywhere

Finally, if you weren't wearing Louis Vuitton sneakers, did you even attend Paris Fashion Week? It seems as though the footwear of choice remains to be sneakers or flats.
